Our In-House Plan
In order for these patients to have the opportunity for proper preventive and restorative dentistry, we provide a private, in-office dental plan at our conveniently located, quality dental care facility.
The program requires no claim forms, deductibles or maximums for benefits and pre-existing conditions will not exclude any services.
This is not an insurance plan, but our way of providing the best dental care possible to the uninsured patient.
EACH YEAR THE PROGRAM PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING
Services and fees are covered for a one year period by the non-refundable enrollment fee, which is renewable on the anniversary date.
Services are non-transferable and payment is due at time of service.
All services must be completed with one year of enrollment, however a one month grace period is provided for work in progress.
The In House Plan is based on a single, adult or child patient, paying a yearly enrollment fee.*
