Payment Policies
Preferred Dental of Niagara reserves the right to obtain a credit report to evaluate your credit worthiness and ability to pay. We have found this to be the fairest means by which to extend credit or to choose to see a patient on a cash-only basis.

Unfortunately, there is an occasional patient that prefers to not pay for services at any time. It is our policy to identify and pursue these individuals aggressively; this protects our vast number of honest paying patients and keeps your personal dental expenses as low as possible. We use both collection services and the courts in these efforts. Each new patient signs an agreement to pay collection, attorney or court costs incurred in these efforts. The vast majority of patients are most appreciative of our efforts to protect their dental practice.

Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations for appointments will not be accepted through our website. Please call us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
